All our hats are designed, sewed and dyed individually by hand, which makes them different and unique. Using pigments for the dyeing , Made in France by one person with only an old single needle sewing machine. 100% ARTISANAL MANUFACTURING !!! We respect all the techniques of traditional work to have a genuine result. Designed by Charles Niehues.
MATERIAL
For this hat, we used 100% heavy cotton canvas 13,5 Oz from France.
- handmade quilted fabric lining.
- 100% Shearling Wool from France.
- 100% cotton Labels printed on fabric and dyed with pigments to lend them a used look and feel.

The manufacture of our products is launched upon registration of the order. The time varies depending on the chosen models (2-15 days), for details please feel free to contact us. Orders are shipped from France. We are not responsible for any customs fees. Items may be exchanged or be returned for store credit only upon FBC approval, within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in their original condition with packaging.
